((Youre a period ahead of us)) Grace's head nodded in the overly boring history lesson. Do we really NEED to know this stuff? True, learning about Emerald's mistakes, the war, and what it was like before the war might be useful someday, but I dont see any immediate need for it. Good thing next year we get an elective instead of history. She pulled out a notepad and began sketching out possible battle plans including a mudkip.

I have three band-aids on me right now. I learned three lessons from them. xD 1. Dont try pruning dead roses 2. Gardening shears dont work when youre trying to knock a rose down, give it some kicks instead. 3. If you kick a rose, you will probably get thorns in your shoes. (or a branch in your shoe)

Not sure if this is one, but I was writing a fanfiction one night, and i was thrown into a twisted dream version of it. I was completely aware that it was a dream, yet i couldnt force myself to wake up. And then a whole bunch of monsters appeared, which is when i found out that i had the body of the main character in my fanfiction. I*cough* *cough* am not *cough* good with *cough* swords, *cough* and i obviously *cough* cant use one efficiently. *cough* Anyway, I died. And woke up right after.

"Next up, Grace!" Ryan shouted. He handed her six knives, and there were six targets strapped on the trees. They were training outside today, and Ryan expected them to hit all six without moving both feet. He never said we couldnt flip in midair, Grace thought. And that's how I'll hit them all. She kept one foot off the ground, flung three, leapt with the other foot, twisted around, then flung the other three knives. Score. Though she didnt hit any bull's eyes, she hit all six targets, a feat no student had done yet. So far, there was only one student who hit a bull's eye, but he missed three other targets completely. Moving targets were easy for her, as she had experience with them before. And thanks to private training with her dad, she was able to throw multiple knives at once and hit multiple targets. But there was one problem. All six knives were barely scraping the edges of the targets. Targets are round. Humans are not. It those were her enemies on a battlefield, she would have barely nicked or scraped them. Another piece of advice her dad gave her was to try to avoid the bull's eye. Hitting an enemy in the stomach has a much smaller chance of killing the enemy than hitting them in the neck or chest.

Grace tore out of the room as soon as the bell rang. She wanted to avoid the rush of people as well as practice throwing knives again; she was getting better at it again. I need all the practice I can get, who knows what Ill be like on a battlefield? She quickly dressed out and headed into the gym. (hurrr, short post.)

I normally have a preference for grass type starters, except in the case of sinnoh, which i like chimchar most.
