  1. Fairy Tail Episode 195: Natsu's interactions with Atlas Flame are funny. For a fire being, Atlas is a pretty chill dude.

  2. Fairy Tail Episode 194: FLYING NAKED LUCY

  3. Fairy Tail Episode 193: hell yeah Cobra is back. And he looks badass!

      Every guild needs one badass

  4. So I take it the Nintendo Direct was not about Pokemon?

Pokken was there, and it's better than Sun/Moon :^)

That one I can believe lol

  5. Fairy Tail Episode 192: and thus, the Grand Magic Games arc is officially not about the Grand Magic Games anymore... Welp, at least now all secondary plot threads are out of the way.

  6. Fairy Tail Episode 191: you know it's bad when Lucy is the only person smart enough to figure out the villain's plot...

  7. Fairy Tail Episode 190: Why didn't Rogue take care of the LONG death sequence of Future Lucy to kill Present Lucy? He, like, stood there without doing nothing, as her monologue went for almost 5 solid minutes...

  8. Fairy Tail Episode 189: if Sting had defeated 4 members of FT only to have his comeback cut short by the fifth, FT would have still won by one point. They could have gone for that as the "unbelievable ending", instead of making Sting look like a whiny bitch who bit more than he could chew...

That's a problem in almost everything

Someone (mostly males) does something really epic but then one person beats then and they become a compleat wus

It's not good character development and it's not funny so why do writers keep doing it

Sting had it rougher than that. Throughout the final battle of the GMG, he did NOTHING. His plan was to sit by, watch as the FT members tired themselves out fighting everyone else, and then take them out while they were weakened. And when the time came for him to put this plan in practice, as he confronted the five injured mages while he was in top condition, you know what he did? HE SURENDERED. OUT OF NOWHERE.

Why is that so commen in fiction these days

Quota: unless the male is emo or goth he has to act like a total wimp at least this many times in the series

  9. Fairy Tail Episode 188: Between Gajeel's second tier power-up and Jura getting serious, there's a lot of awesomeness in this episode :D

  10. Fairy Tail Episode 187: I didn't pay much attention to it last time around, but Natsu is really sweet to Lucy in this arc. Hiro isn't the kind of guy to give much toom to romance tho, so he didn't follow up on it in the next arc...

  11. Fairy Tail Episode 186: considering the sheer amount of people who get stabbed, impaled or otherwise maimed with katanas during this episode, there is a glaring lack of blood throughout.

  12. Fairy Tail Episode 185: the flashback to recap Jellal's sub-plot took, no joke, three quarters of the episode. At least they remembered that, back in Tower of Heaven arc, Erza only cried from one eye. That was a nice touch for consistency.

  13. Fairy Tail Episode 184: http://i.imgur.com/hkwg2ly.jpg this is how a leader reacts to a plan gone sour. But in all seriousness, I like how the highlight of the episode is a battle between 3 women. For all the fanservice, FT does do a good job of portraying women as serious threats.

  14. Don't get me wrong, I like speculation as much as the next guy. What I don't like is BASELESS speculation: what has Nintendo revealed about the upcoming games? A whole bunch of nothing, that's what. When we get announcements with new Pokemon, gym leaders, and/or locations, I will be the first to speculate about those. But to speculate over nothing, I find it to be absurd.
  15. Fairy Tail Episode 183: When Mirajane decides to go serious, she suddenly stops selling her opponent's offense. I love when she does that.

  16. Fairy Tail Episode 182: PEOPLE WALKING THROUGH LAVA

    1. Maelstrom

      Maelstrom

I saw 10 eps of fairy tail, and it was 9 eps too many.

  17. Fairy Tail Episode 181: while I don't mind minor villains being given more spotlight, the problem with the Garou Knights is that Natsu, the protagonist, is fighting them. Which instantly elevates their importance to the point that they overshadow the Grand Magic Game. YOU KNOW, THE MAIN PLOT POINT THIS ARC IS NAMED AFTER.

  18. Fairy Tail Episode 180: but you see, this is my problem with this arc. Government conspiracies. Shady executioners. The truth about Acnologia and the looming threat of dragons. Time travelers. Sting's and Rogue's character development. Jellal's sub-plot. And of course, the grand magic games, that are supposedly the main narrative. SO DAMN MANY PLOT THREADS.

  19. Fairy Tail Episode 179: http://i.imgur.com/MSwa1fn.png Ah, of course. That's what they brought Mira for. Silly me for asking.

      Not that I'm complaining!

  20. Guys you do realize that, at this stage, any idiot could waltz in, post some random theories, make a long-winded argument to support them (based on nothing but personal opinions), and it would sound plausible, right? Truth is, we know nothing. This kind of speculation has the same relevance a cheerleader has in determining the outcome of a football match: all we can do is wait for more official info.
  21. Fairy Tail Episode 178: the founders of Fairy Tail all went on to be acknowledged as the strongest mages of their period (and Warrod is still considered the fourth strongest mage alive). Yet a blonde girl was chosen as the first master over them. And in this episode, we get to see just why.

  22. Fairy Tail Episode 177: So while the others compete in the GMG, Natsu and Wendy are going to rescue Lucy. I wonder why they brought Mirajane along?

      Exalted

      the question is why not

  23. You guys have way too much time in your hands. Also grats Zumi/Rose.
  24. Fairy Tail Episode 176: first episode with the new animation team. The art style has improved a lot, but the music is not as memorable as before IMO. Juvia is the one who benefited the most from the art switch, as she's now significantly hotter than she was in 2013...

  25. Fairy Tail Episode 175: the previous episode solidified this as a battle of power vs experience, a battle Natsu can win alone because he can read the movements of both Sting and Rogue, which gives him a massive tactical advantage... So what do we get in this episode? A NAKAMA LECTURE! A GOD FUCKING DAMN NAKAMA LECTURE! The guy who kicked his own partner out of the competition is giving a nakama lecture to two guys who are such close friends, they can pull an Unison Raid! It makes...

    1. Tomas Elliot

      Tomas Elliot

... absolutely no sense, and ruins a perfectly valid plot point! It makes sense for Natsu to beat both Sting and Rogue alone, but with experience and strategy, not with nakama power, damnit!

    2. Odybld

      Odybld

This is all still in the most chaotic shambles... This is DOROHEDOR- lolnope, this is Fairy Tail. Nakama power all the way.
