I can't believe between a kecleon and a magcargo, none were running rock coverage.

In magcargo's case it wouldn't have mattered after the quiver dances, but kecleon could have ended that right away.

What I like is the fact that the plot of the third game has nothing to do with said loose end... So the makers could have easily ignored it. But instead, they went out of their way to work it in.

It just occurred to me that, in this second game, Shantae's standard animation is her "enter dance mode" animation from the first game. While it certainly ups the hot factor, it also feels kinda silly...
