Shelly is perfect (aside the first picture), i'm not convinced by Corey either he should look "older" i think (or at least more "tired") and that magnificent pointy hair is gone too.

Pokemon i think will be added in ep 16: 0 Or 4-5 at max as we are returning to the city and (probably) there will be only some new event Pokemon (like Magicarp) and that's all.

For the starter you can choose between Charmender and Treecko then you get Noibat (which sucks but still), Trapinch (from the Arcade) Tyrunt (from the fossil), Swablu (on Route 1) and (from ep 15) Axew. That's six Pokemon so it is possible but very difficult...Ghost is almost impossible (as you're stuck with your starter till Corey).

A much needed feature but isn't 1 month too long though? Some people (like me) could forget when the episode was out and "get in trouble" because of it. One week (two at most) should be plenty of time for everyone to finish an episode (the "story" part at least). Another thing: why the "official room" where you can freely talk about the next ep is only on the server? Can't we have one here too?

Uhm while i'm sure we'll meet all (or most) of Corey's Pokemon i don't see a direct (or indirect) correlation between his Skrelp and the PULSE, like you said it can be any Dragalge (or Tentacuel)

Ame forgot to add that all her pokes will have perfect evasion upon entering the battle and that she'll have a PULSE with Ice/Fire typing and Speed Boost and Levitate and immune to Rock and a lv 100 (Ice) Arceus...but seriously Walrein is probably gonna come back on her team

So you never actually EV trained eh? It's a big stat bonus not a small one and it only takes (roughly) 1 hour not 20 but yes i understand that it can be boring/time consuming for someone.

Or you can use that skill to overcome the "obstacle" that is the field P.S. Love this field, sometimes i use an Ice-miss team in Uber for fun to see the "almighty tacticians" that populate the place (usually with just copy-paste win teams) rage and quit it's simply hilarious (well when it works )

I never EV trained my main team and i'm progressing just fine but if you like breedig for "perfect" Pokemon i would suggest to wait till you get further into the game (to have more options)
