The weather needs to be windy and it has to be at night as far as I know. If you tried with windy, it probaby wasn't night. Although, I never found Eevee... Only a TM. Is there a separate route in the cave that leads to Eevee or what?

Silver gave a wry smile. "Sure. Of course, you won't mind if we hold on to your Aggron, though? I'm sure a doctor such of yourself doesn't require such a destructive Pokemon." ---------------------------------------------------------------- Flux blanched. That was what was missing. When he was looking around earlier, that's why something felt wrong. He couldn't feel the weight of the Heavy Ball that was usually in his pocket. This was not good. They had no idea of the trouble this could cause. "Destructive, huh?" Flux thought. "Oh, he doesn't know the half of it." Flux began to laugh darkly. First it was a quiet laugh, then it slowly filled the room. "You have no idea what you've done, do you?" Flux asked. "Let's just say that Ogre doesn't exactly rest easy when he's away from me. He can be quite aggressive when he wakes up in a strange place..." Almost as if on cue, there was sudden crash followed by a deafening roar. Flux smiled. "That's probably him. You may want to let me deal with this. I doubt your guns will have the same effect on him as they did me."

Silver brushed his red hair out of his eyes, then spoke. "Well, let's get this over with. As you've probably surmised, you're in a Church building. Who are you and what were you doing near the conclave?" The vines tightened. "Did you really think you could defy the Church without consequence?" ---------------------------------------- Flux laughed quietly. "A bit rough, don't you think? You should be more gentle with an old man like me." The vines tightened. "Please." Silver said, "You're barely 30, if even that. Now answer the question. What were you doing near the conclave?" "All humor aside, I merely wandering the town when I stumbled upon your conclave." Flux shrugged. "The people were hurt, so I stopped to see if I could help any. I am a doctor, you know." Flux look up at Silver as he said the last part, an innocent expression on his face. "I'm not from around here, so please excuse me if I did anything wrong." The innocent expression remained on his face. "So..." he trailed off the last part. "I don't suppose I could just... leave?"

Hmmm... Sounds interesting. I'd like to join, however, I doubt I'd have time to play long enough at once to make it worthwhile for you guys, I've never played before, and it's full now anyway. I'll just settle for listening to you guys talk about it. Also, I like how this turned into D&D thread.

Yeah... I've thought about it, but I decided I prefer to have Rock Head and a no-recoil Head Smash. It's quite decimating on it's own and covers some extra types.

Flux awoke to the sound of a door slamming followed by a key turning in a lock. He opened his eyes, but that didn't help at all. Either he was blind, or the room was pitch black. He guessed it was the latter. He hoped it was the latter. As he waited for his eyes to adjust, he tried to move, only to find that he was tied to a chair. "Well, I guess that was too much to hope for." he thought to himself. He had the oddest sensation that something was missing, but he couldn't think of what it could be. His mind was still a bit foggy from the after-effects of whatever they had drugged him with. He assumed that he had probably been captured by members of the Church of Dawn to be questioned about his research. He sighed. "I'll get a barrage of questions from a bunch of brainless thugs only to be killed afterwards." He chuckled to himself while shaking his head. "Still, I've had worse days." As his eyes began to adjust, he looked around the room. It appeared to be fairly small, with nothing inside but the chair he was tied to. "Well," he thought sarcastically, "I might as well have a look around." He shook his arm until a small metal rod slid into his hand from a pocket on the inside shoulder of his coat. The rod was very narrow at the top, made specifically in case of situations like this. He slid the narrow end in between the ropes tying his hands and pushed upward as much as he could with his limited movement. The ropes loosened and he repeated until they fell off. This way, rather than cutting the ropes, he could tie himself back up if need be, and they wouldn't know he had escaped. He walked over to the door with his lab coat trailing behind him. He fit the same metal rod into the keyhole. Just as he was about to unlock the door, another object pushed into the door from the other side. "Damn!" he thought, " I don't have any time to-" The door opened, and a man walked in carrying a clipboard. He looked quite surprised to see Flux up and walking about, much less trying to pick the lock. "Well," Flux said while making a sweeping gesture around the room. "Welcome to my humble home."

Well, take what I said lightly. That sounds a lot harsher than I meant it to, reading it now. The smiley at the end is a clearer display of my emotion while typing.

That was supposed to be "then." Yeah, I like the way it sounded too... >.>

Should I start posting in 80x80 format to give a clearer look? Or do you want to see how they look in Reborn? Or does nobody care?

So, I've finished 10.1 and just wanted to see what people think of my team. I consider it pretty good, but I'd like to know people's thoughts. Ogre (Aggron)@Leftovers Lv. 63 Rock Head Adamant -Head Smash -Heavy Slam -Take Down -Autotomize 180/221/238/85/84/105 I'm going to replace Take Down and Heavy Slam with Earthquake and Ice Punch when the TMs/move tutors become available, but I'm otherwise pretty happy with this. Dominance (Nidoking)@Poison Barb Lv. 63 Poison Point Lonely -Poison Jab -Megahorn -Horn Drill -Toxic Spikes 188/179/103/115/100/125 Toxic Spikes will probably be replaced with Earthquake when available. I may or may not replace Horn Drill with... something... Typhoon (Gyarados)@Mystic Water Lv. 63 Intimidate Brave -Aqua Tail -Ice Fang -Bite -Dragon Dance 214/214/124/98/156/127 Will replace Bite with Stone Edge and maybe replace Ice Fang for Bounce when available. Idk for sure though. Exo (Heracross)@Fist Plate Lv. 62 Guts Adamant -Close Combat -Megahorn -Endure -Reversal 179/225/102/65/132/126 I'm kind of torn about Endure/Reversal here. They don't seem terribly useful in Reborn, but the only thing I could replace them with is Aerial Ace/Brick Break. Thoughts? Flare (Ninetales)@Brightpowder Lv. 55 Drought Modest -Flamethrower -Fire Blast -Confuse Ray -Will-o-Wisp 149/88/102/129/122/133 I'm not very happy with the stats on this, but I got it early game, and there isn't really a huge stock of Sp. Atk evs throughout the game. I'm pretty happy with the movepool despite poor coverage. These are my main six. I honestly thought Radomus was oe of the easiest... Beat him my first try using only Gyarados... >.> Dragon Dance like 2 times and sweep everything. Anyway, if you won, I see no problem. It's better than trying to beat a glitched Shelly where you can't switch Pokemon... (That was torture...) The team looks pretty good, but you can't expect to sweep every gym with one team. Especially in Reborn. Winning is enough for me.

So I'm guessing we're done until this is over, right? The Acquiescence can lead into something? Otherwise I can continue with waking up in "custody" or something. I'll just wait for Acquiescence's say on this.

I actually really like this one. It added some depth which helped a lot. The other ones kind of looked like fins to me... Also Jacze, I like the Scizor. Not a big fan of the Scyther, though...

Would it be possible to incorporate profile songs into the forums? I've seen them on a few other sites, not many though. But basically you pick a song for your profile, host it somewhere, and enter the url. Then, when people visit your profile, the song starts playing. I thought it would be kinda cool to do here if possible.

Here's my shot at a red one and one I had already done before that. Blue or Purple? Basically, a Honchrow with opposite colors. I'm not sure if I like it or not... Black Shedinja. I think it turned out nice.

Flux walked down the streets, trying to get a sense of where he was. It was hard to tell ever since Dawn took power. He guessed he was probably in Eterna, although it was hard to know for sure. The days had dragged by ever since his research lab had been attacked. He had only managed to grab the most basic supplies before escaping: maps, pokeballs, a few potions, his Pokegear, and one pokemon. He looked down at the lone heavy ball in his coat. No doubt the rest were in Dawn's hands now. As Flux thought on that day, he walked up towards one of Dawn's conclaves without even realizing what he was doing. As he snapped back into focus, he took note of his surroundings. There were acolytes and pokemon lying everywhere, torn and bloody. It disgusted him to think people could do this. It was no doubt the work of this "Team Dusk" group he had heard about. While he did agree that Dawn needed to be stopped, killing was not the only way to do so. -------------------------------------------------------------- Silver and his men moved in on the target. Silver had noticed the man walking towards the conclave and was keping close tabs on him. The man had long black hair with a golden streak in the middle that reached just past his shoulders. He was wearing a white lab coat, and glasses just below his eyes; no doubt one of Dawn's scientists. The plan was to capture and interrogate him for information about her plans. Now that they were close enough, he was ready. "Now." Silver said to one of his men. The man took aim, and he fired. -------------------------------------------------------------- Just as Flux was thinking about where he could go, he felt a sting in his left shoulder. "Damn. Sedative..." he managed to say, before crumpling to the ground.

Hello! Welcome to the forums! Since I have no idea who you are, I am glad for a chance to know these things about you! I- Yeah, ok... Enough pretending for me...

You know, I never realized it, but I do think you're right about the Gengar being Corey... That sheds a new light on things. It would explain why the Gengar was named Corey, why Shade took his body... And to top it off, Gengar's part Poison with purple spikes on his head... Corey was the poison-type gym leader and had purple spiky hair... Eerie.

Before I make my post, I have a question. Would it be possible for me to join the RP, but not technically join Team Dusk? If you read my character description, you'll see that he doesn't support the mistreatment of Pokemon at any cost. So I was thinking, maybe he could find the wreckage of the current battles and see all the deaths both sides have caused and decide not to join Team Dusk or something like that. He would still help take down the Church and all that, but not as a "member" of Team Dusk. For example, he'd be like that character who tends to end up in the same places as the team working towards the same cause, but doing it his own way. If this works, cool, but if not I have no problem joining up in the normal way.
