“I never said they would know anything about the shards. I meant they might know something or have a book here that mentions something about Lady Aelia’s birthplace, but now I know they don’t,” Sigurd responded. He turned his attention back to the rest of the room. “Oy, where is that quiet ranger? Helzebeth? This isn’t a time to disappear on us!”

“Of course this is what I want. We went on this journey to kill the Gentleman in the first place. I’ve got a score to settle with that bastard and will do anything what it takes. If that means I got to collect these shards I’ll do it.” He wasn’t sure if the Crimson King could read his mood as well but his thoughts were in a bitter way, like a bad taste in his mouth. “But if it’s at the Peak of the Wind it’s a problem. The highest mountain that can’t be found… Maybe I should ask those wizards. This is supposed to be a place filled with knowledge so they might know something…”

Pokémon Academy: Ch 1a: A fresh start [IC]

Commander and K_H “I don’t care. Of course you would’ve some pathetic excuse ready,” Alvin said not aware he did the same thing. “Just stop talking and finish these dishes already!” He turned his back to Henry while doing his part of the work. It almost seemed like he thought Henry wouldn’t talk back that way. ((It takes a little longer before you’re finished. Devin doesn’t expect you to finish those dishes because it would take you an entire week at this rate xD)) ****************** Right after Evan found that letter the elevator started working again. It made his punishment a lot lighter and faster. He just piled the laptops in the elevator, partly because he hoped someone would steal them, and unloaded them at the lab. He finished the last load of laptops and handed the keys to Rebecca with a fake smile. It was a relieve the hallways were completely empty. Most students were eating or heading back to the dorms. And if someone would check on his work they would find the classrooms completely empty. There was no sign the letter or water stone were ever there. After a short walk he entered the cafeteria, ordered some food and found himself an empty table. He released Cleffa and Eevee. “There’s no way back now,” he muttered while taking the water stone out of his pocket. He twirled it around for a bit and put it back before anyone could notice. -
If it's hungry it might listen. Or Evan can interfere. He's on his way from detention to the cafetaria and he had a really bad day so... Edit: I got ninja'd. It will take a while before you fight them as an enemy.
-
Now where did Colin ran off to? I'm about to finish Evan's detention... Also: Evan is getting a Donphan.

Commander and K_H “He got lucky, that’s all. If that Metronome didn’t turn into Flash I would’ve won. Same for that Rock Blast hitting my Combee,” Alvin said annoyed. “And you are in no position to say anything; you lost two to one against a Riolu that was burned. Clearly you’re all talk and no skill so stop bothering me, you’re wasting my time.” Stratos Lana stared at her hand resting on her Nidoran. “Danielle, my roommate, ran into the forest after her Murkrow. Claude and I followed her because we were worried,” she said quietly. Mareek had to do his best to listen carefully if he wanted to hear the story. “We found Professor Cadmus and a boy with a Growlithe fighting Trevenant. Professor Cadmus told us to get Alvin, who was panicking, and get out of the forest… That’s all I know,” she finished. The entire time she focused on Queen and avoiding eye contact with Mareek. -
Pokémon Academy: Ch 1b: Recruits [IC]

Stratos “I was thinking about it. As it turned out there are some recruits that would be perfect for this mission. I got a plan B but those guys… just say they got some issues that might endanger the entire operation,” Teach answered. He looked back at the gate and saw some movement. “Well, they finally started moving. Once they get out I’ll let you lose on them. Once you get a picture of them, that’s if they pass, I want you to guide them through some easy missions first. They could use some experience, but before all that I got only one question for you. Would it endanger the mission that your little brother is attending the Academy? Because at this point I’m either have to reassign you or give you some form of disguise so he won’t recognize you…” Team super burglars Ezekiel’s plan worked perfectly. The lock fell on the ground and some small sparks and hisses could be heard. The electronics were down and the gate unlocked. “Finally, let’s go rob this old geezer,” one of the new agents said. He was wearing a black mask that only showed his eyes and mouth. Others followed his example as he pushed the gate open. One by one the burglars entered the domain ready to steal something and finish their first mission. ********************** The guard dogs were stationed at the mansion. They never had much to do so two of them were sleeping at the front door; a Houndour and a Growlithe. The other four were close by; the two Herdier were fighting playfully over a stick while the remaining Growlithe was sniffing some plants. The sixth guard dog, the remaining Houndoom was nowhere to be seen. When the gate opened and gave a small squeak the sniffing Growlithe immediately turned his head in the direction of the gate. He started snarling and the two Herdier immediately stopped playing around. Both of them ran towards the gate to see what the commotion was. -
I already said Deerling is the hardest to catch. Sawsbuck keeps an eye out on them, but it might be an interesting opportunity for Henry. Also Zephyr: that was enough to unlock the gates. Next update I'll start the infiltration.

Trystane sighed. He had no idea what was going on and was actually looking forward to getting to know Blackjack and his pack. “I guess introductions have to wait,” Trystane said to the horse before walking off to the wood line. “What’s the problem?” he asked Eric.

“It’s us,” Logan answered. He walked over to Erick and placed a hand on his shoulder. “What’s wrong? Did that Flash-bang cause some troubles?” he asked waving his free hand in front of his friend’s eyes.

Sigurd glared at Oarloff a little but decided it wasn’t worth it. “That’s only because he used a dirty trick! In a fair one on one it would be a different story!” he boasted. “Now, how about we go after Lady Aelia’s shard first?” he asked in general. “Yo, Boney, you there? You mentioned you know something about those shards before. What do you know about the one belonging to the Lady Aelia?” he tried to contact the Crimson King.

I never said that couldn't work... As for the lock I already said a Psychic attack can unlock it or just any member with lockpicking skills. Or you can just burn through it.

@Stratos: Sorry, I didn't mean you had to give Lana dialogue. I was planning to play her role, but seeing as I'm off to bed (almost 1 AM here, there goes my sleep) I think I'll leave it to Snap ^^

Pokémon Academy: Ch 1a: A fresh start [IC]

Evan was frustrated. Phoebe had given him the most annoying task. He had to clean up all those classrooms that they used earlier that morning, but this time the remote controlled walls were down resulting in 9 smaller classrooms. To top it off she told him the doors should be locked at any time he was not around, which was pretty much all the time. She handed him a few keys and told him once he was done he had to hand them over to Professor Redwood or his assistants. At first Evan considered it an easy job, the door locking and unlocking would be annoying, but then he found out the elevator didn’t work. He had to walk all 7 floors every single time carrying those evil pieces of machinery created by human evolution. He started to get annoyed almost straight away and soon lost his temper again. It was even worse when he forget which key unlocked which door. He had to go through more than 9 keys every single time. At one point he tried to figure out how many laptops there were and how many he could carry each time. He guessed about 200 laptops were there and the result pissed him off so bad he threw the keys to the wall in his frustration. Of course they fell down 2 entire floors. Needless to say Evan had a seriously bad day. He was almost halfway when his stomach started to make noise. He hadn’t eaten anything yet since his detention started right after class. He collected the last laptops from the classroom and was about to leave, when his eye fell on a paper and a package lying on the first desk. The student left the classroom and looked in the hallway but didn’t see anyone which was rather strange. He hadn’t seen the paper earlier so someone just placed it there. He walked over to see it was a letter addressed to him. To Evan Reeves Hello Evan, feeling frustrated right about now? Can’t blame you. I would react the same way. You don’t belong here, Evan. You know that right? I did a background check on you and saw your results. You were clearly struggling with the test and you failed big time. As a matter of fact you were last. You don’t believe me? Check the other side of this letter. Evan turned the letter around and saw something that appeared to be the last page of a rank last. His name was last and next to it was a number: 27/100. You see? You don’t belong here. I’ve seen many guys like you, Evan. Boys full of dreams of becoming a champion one day. That was your dream right? Conquering Hoenn with your brother? You both wanted to come here, but it turned out differently… But that’s not important. What is, is that I’m not your enemy. I’m your friend that appreciates your talents. You can still be a great trainer and I can help you with that. You just don’t belong here. Everyone here grew up with Pokémon and got in easily, but not you. No, you had to work to get in here and now you’re wasting all that precious money on something ridiculous. Your mother could’ve used it to feed your little sister or to pay your brother’s medical bills. Am I right? You see; the reason I’m leaving you this letter is because I noticed you, Evan. I noticed your temper and picking fights with people. I like that. I see potential in you but you’re just in the wrong place to let it bloom. You’re the type of guy that’s more suited to learn by doing, not teaching. If you do that you can be a great trainer. Interested? And what if I told you that you could make money this way as well? You can pay your brother’s medical bills and your mother doesn’t have to work double shifts anymore. Let’s face it. You took on the role of a father in the household and what does a father do? Exactly; he takes care of his family. Your father didn’t do that. Yes, I know, I did a background check on you as well. You want revenge, don’t you Evan? And what if I could help you with that as well? All you have to do is something for my organization. There will be a time when we need your help. I’m not going to tell you where or when, just know that I’ll contact you. If you agree all you have to do is open up the package and take the water stone in it with you. Yes, I even know your Eevee wants to be a Vaporeon. Consider it a gift since those stones are really expensive but that shows how much confidence I have in you, Evan. Take the stone and destroy this letter. If you do that I’ll give you your opportunity for revenge and train you to become a real trainer. It’s your choice. You can also give this paper to Redwood or Cadmus, but let’s be honest, why would you want to waste this opportunity? They can’t help you. They are busy with other students as well. To them you are just a number. To us you are someone with potential. Think this through Evan. Evan thought things through. Was this supposed to be some kind of joke? He looked outside the classroom again but didn’t see anyone. He opened the package and found a blue stone which made him believe the letter was real. But why him of all people? It was just like the letter said, he had no experience and little knowledge compared to others. Maybe I’m an easy target he thought. But in the end he didn’t care. The letter was right about everything which made him believe even harder it had to be real. He didn’t think Professor Redwood or any other teacher would set him up like this. Evan stood there for almost thirty minutes thinking. He had a really bad day. He felt overwhelmed when he first entered the Academy and saw all the other trainers and some simply outclassed him. And then there was that stupid test. It made him really feel out of place and starting to doubt he was in the right place. The letter pretty much confirmed it. But what bothered him the most was the idea that he really was wasting money his family didn’t had. It only added to the stress he felt every day. It even made him snap multiple times at some random kid that annoyed him. Would he be better off earning money and working for whoever sent him the message? -
From now on Snap Crackle Pop will be co-hosting this. She'll keep the interaction going when I'm not around and has the same authority.

Commander and K_H Alvin glared at Henry for his comment about Claude. “Oh I see, you’re friends with that crying girl right? I should’ve know you have the same sense of none existing humor and would be a bully just like her.” ((@Posts above on the previous page xD: you can pick when you go eat. It's only after classes and the cafetaria is open till 8PM)) -
I agree. That's why I'm still hoping someone (looks at American people) wants to be a co-host. It's really fun! You'll get all sorts of benefits like releasing Alvin on the PC's. I haven't gotten to his part yet.

While the cadets were struggling to find a way inside a big black all-terrain vehicle arrived out of their sight. The bald man at the wheel took out his binoculars. “It looks like they are still struggling to find a way inside,” Teach said. “Well yeah that happens every time, but I’m sure Cutie will find a way in,” Melody answered uninterested while going through some documents on her lap. Teach snorted. “Do you seriously have to do this every single time?” “Yeah it’s fun, you should try it sometime!” “Whatever. But I agree. There are some with great potential, I just hope they won’t fail,” Teach mused. “What if they fail? Who are you going to pick for the mission?” Melody asked. For the first time since they left she took her nose out of the documents. “I have a plan B. I must admit those guys are more experienced but for this kind of mission I believe it would be interesting to see this lot succeed,” Teach answered. “Fortunately we do have some time to get them in shape and give them some experience.” He looked in his back mirror at the person behind him. “By the way, are those the documents we received earlier regarding that mission?” ****************** Backflash: September 4. Teach was keeping an eye on the recruits teamwork. He just noted a name to fail when Melody came over. “What’s up?” he asked. “We got word from our contact in the Academy. The report says that our spy made contact with a student three days ago,” Melody read from the documents she was handling. “Already?!” Teach said surprised. “Damn, I knew our spy was good, but I never expected it to be so soon. What else does the report say?” “The student is willing to participate. As soon as our agents infiltrate he will help them out with information and alibis and the sort.” Teach thought for a moment. “Name?” “Evan Reeves. Here’s his backstory.” Melody handed the documents over. “Interesting; basically this one holds a serious grudge and wants revenge. What are the terms we agreed on?” Teach asked while giving the documents back. “We agreed to give him his person of interest. I’ve already sent out some scouts. This guy shouldn’t be hard to locate. But what are you going to do about our part? Who are you going to send?” “I have a few people in mind,” Teach replied while looking with more interest at Brian’s team. *********************** Current time: “Yes, these are the documents. It’s the full background check we did regarding the staff and students. The intel department compared them with the names of our potential agents and this is the result,” Melody said. “You’ll be interested to see this particular student.” Teach grabbed the document, looked at it for a moment and then stared in his mirror again. “Galen, you’ll want to see this,” he said before turning to the man and giving him a paper with the data about his younger brother. -
You do realize you were heading to class? So the conversation couldn't go on for long anyway.
-
Btw if someone wants to talk to Lana, just bunny her and say she's with you. Evan isn't available for now.

The first day just flew by. Students were split up according to their own roster, except for gym class. Tyron had a special obstacle course prepared that proved to be more challenging than students thought. It was specially made to stimulate teamwork, but some Pokémon disagreed. Alvin’s Combee just flew over everything and did what she wanted to do; while a gutsy Timburr named Roy did everything in the opposite direction and frustrated his trainer. Everything considered it was a pretty interesting day, which had a bit of a sour end for some students. ************************* In the Kitchen Henry, Alvin and Kenny made their way to the dish room. They had to be there at 6.30 according to Devin’s instructions. When they entered the kitchen one of the chefs pointed them in the right direction with a bit of a weird smile like he wasn’t sure if he wanted to laugh at them or felt sorry. The dishes were piled up. Everything plate used at the barbeque, every fork, spoon and knife, every glass were waiting for them to be cleaned. Outside were tables with dishes from this day waiting to be cleaned. -
I'm about to move things forward (skip classes). You can all pretty much do whatever you want except those in detention. I'll be placing them together.
