The expert belt MAY be in the game, in black and white sawk and throh have a 1% chance of holding it in the wild. However i'm not sure if they were coded the same way into reborn and nobodies ever found a burn orb on a heatmor so I kind of doubt it.

Not those holes that's where you put the crustles, you click the caves to spawn a crustle then you drug put it to sleep and move it into the hole u found. -
Well you could go back to ep 9-10 where the pickup table was not changed and get it with a lvl 41 poemon with pickup
