About mid way to the top of the tree, Rose had Enya and Ellaria sit closely to one another and ventured out onto a branch. Staring out into the distance, she squinted, seeing a staircase to the east. Sighing, she made her way back to the girls. "Ok," she told them, "considering that Shotgun McGee is on the ground, along with who knows whoelse, I think we need to travel by tree. Ellaria, I'll carry you on my back so that you don't have to worry about transitioning from branch to branch. Enya, keep a tight hold of Ace." With that, she gathered Ellaria onto her back and checked for a sturdy branch. Stepping tentatively across, she turned around and helped Enya cross. "Miss Rose, what about the traps waiting for us?" Enya questioned, turning her wide stare on Rose once more. Rose once again didn't know how to reply, but knew that the girl sometimes knew things that no one else knew. She had even known about Judge Minos before meeting the man-snake creature. "Well, Enya," she tactfully responded, "we'll think about that on the way there." And so began their trek to the staircase.

I hope it's ok that I took Ellaria with me Notus; if not I can change the post. It just seems like Enya and Ellaria stay with my character most of the time anyway, so that's why I took them

Rose grabbed Enya and Ellaria, holding them tightly to her. She didn't like the scenario unfolding in front of them, and knew that if someone screwed up, they'd all be dead. "Come on girls," she whispered so that only the two of them could hear. "We're leaving them and getting to the top of this garden." With that she crept backwards with her spear pointed up until the foilage hid her and the girls. "Ok, we need to get to the top of a tree," she told the girls, walking quickly while looking over her shoulder to see if they were being pursued. "From there we'll be able to see how to get to the top of the garden." With that, she began to help Enya and Ellaria climb a tree. "Miss Rose," Enya asked innocently, "how did Judge Minos find Mister Taylor innocent if he's done bad things?" Rose stopped to look at the girl. "I... I'm not sure, Enya," she replied, "Maybe Mr. Taylor is good at hiding things."

My policy is that if people don't like you helping them out, then don't bother helping them because frankly, they don't deserve it and can figure it out themselves and apologize. You're a cool person from what I can tell, and shouldn't sink to their level; just let them flounder. If people want to still contact you for your help, give them a way to do so, but don't intentionally bother everyone just for revenge.

"Mr. Taylor!" Rose exclaimed, looking shocked and embarrassed. "We really don't want girls this young to view something like that, do you? If we take them up to the top, the police will be waiting for them. Look," she said desperately, pulling out her cell phone that had no reception, "I'll call them so that they're waiting for us at the top." Muttering quietly to the man, she added, "We don't want blood on our hands either. Look, you take one, and I'll take the other." She grabbed her spear and told the girls, "Take each other's hand and grab onto me. Looking at Mr. Taylor, she pleaded, "Please, let's get them to justice." She quickly "dialed" her cell phone, and pretended to have a conversation with a 911 operator. When she was done, she added, "Ok, we're all set to move," stopping in horror as Byron flung a gun at him. "No!" she screamed, unsure of what Mr. Taylor would do now.

Rose looked bemused as Mr. Taylor suddenly put Byron and Ethic at gunpoint. "Uh..." she stuttered, unsure of what to do. Then just like that, it came to her. Mr. Taylor couldn't remember anything, but she was sure that he would agree to getting out, which would be by going up. Still facing Ethic and Byron, she gave a wink and shhed very quietly before turning to Ellaria and Enya, taking their hands gently. "Thank you very much Mr. Taylor," she said. "We were brought here for whoever knows what-- but I overheard them talking and the exit is somewhere above us, near the top of the garden." Continuing her frightened act, she added, "Some of there enemies are here, including a ratman! Please, we have to get to the top of the garden and get out of here!" She gently squeezed both girls' hands to let them know to keep silent and go along with the story. Enya's ice blue eyes glittered. She didn't know what Miss Rose was playing at, but decided to let it go. Smiling happily, she began to hum "Ring Around the Roses" while holding Ace tightly.
