I went back to the chasm when I finished the episode, and there was a pipe that should lead you to the cave. The up-grade should be in the top right corner. -
For the Up-Grade (Porygon), once you finish the episode, go back and check the area

the candy shop is next to the park. i think common candies are $300 each

Gah, I know this! I'm about 75% sure...so back to where the giant Steelix was and go right up to the top. There should now be a cave across the other side. It's pitch black in there but I think the item in there was Up-Grade (I could be wrong ><)

Actually, you'll find that all Eevee's with Adaptability will get their dream world ability when they evolve. That's how I got my DW eeveelutions, anyway :l

Believe it or not I have not encountered a shiny in a ROM nor a legit game. Never. ONE DAY... Oddly enough, I've encountered Pokerus 4 times, and isn't that rarer than shinies? o_O
