Ice cream can be obtained by two ways (not counting the one the kid is blocking). There's a store outside the Grand Hall on sunny days, and there is one in a hidden room in Spinel Town (it's opposite the museum rooftop entrance). The one in Spinel I believe is cheaper, plus if you buy a Vanilla icecream from the Spinel vendor, you will get a pleasant surprise... As for the kid himself, he's in the candy shop (left of Obsidia Park). But yeah, no idea what the choc or berry one does. Healing? More friendship?

Impact Bracer: When the opponent's Attack raises by X, your Defense raises by X (same for Sp. Atk and Sp. Def).

Does giving an icecream to that kid in front of the vending machine do anything other than allowing acces to it? What do ice creams do, anyway?!

Apophyll beach, during a thunderstorm, in the top left of the map (near the cave). I don't think time of day matters. I knew it had something to do with rain/storms because of its Pokedex entry saying it can't live in polluted water (which is evidently everywhere in Reborn). So how else would it get clean water? Rain. Gosh, I feel like a badass detective now.

I've got a windy day coming up tomorrow, I'll check for you then. I don't see why it wouldn't be available though, since the person (can't remember) said some objects are still imbued with psychic energy and can still teleport about the place

There seems to be something that triggers Solrock, though. I can't find it anywhere in the Tanzan mountains (under sunny weather, which seemed most logical for Solrock)

Once you finish the episode, go back to the place you spent most of ep 9 in and you should find wild drilburs

Yanma is found by headutting trees in Azurine Island. Seviper is in the Tanzan Depths after you finish the episode (a new cave should open up, basically it leads to where the Abra teleported you to) Tynamo is found by fishing in that hidden cave in Chrysolia Forest Heatmor is right at the bottom of the Pyrous mountain, can't remember how to get to it though... Finally, Corphish is found by using Rock Smash on Apophyll Beach.

Gengar, and pretty much the Gastly line. I saw that Pokemon episode in the tower when I was a kid, and I remember laughing so hard at Haunter. :') I also have an uncanny attachment to fossil Pokemon, particularly Archeops and Cradily.

Mana Khemia and the newer Atelier games. Also on a few nuzlockes right now...

I remember I was extremely lucky with crits on two occasions during the battle with Aya. Because of that I managed to beat her first try. My (main) weapons of choice were Gardevoir and Ninetales (will-o-wisp helped)
