I have issue with you saying that, because if you don't get attached to characters, the narrative fails. That game is powerful because you feel something for the characters in it, and that is what makes Mother 3 a good game.Narratives are nothing without the characters that populate them.

Ahh, it's alright guys. But Mother 3 is more than just those sad times, yeh? It's also full of other special moments of happiness and silliness as well, haha!
