    Every so often, I'll venture back to the empty magma base, and I'll find yet another event houndour.

      Yea, i think that is Ame's way of making is a repeatable event. The Aqua's have a little latrine, which means infinite Carvahnas, So why not infinite houndours? I think this falls into the category of repeatable event.
