For the purpose of a WIP fanfic, I gave the Meteor Leader Lyn an extremely powerful Mega Hydreigon. Its signature move is Reign of Power which has 175 power, 100 accuracy, and is Dark-type, but expends 1/4 of its max health to use it, hit or miss. Its ability Sadism recovers 20 of all direct damage it deals.
