None of us are joking. Ace Member is a closer community that's less accepting of people coming in because most of us share more personal things there, and as such it's not much of a worthy investment for people not close to at least some people in there. tl;dr you might want to try something else.

All it adds are people complaining about their more personal problems, and a group of people closer knit and more secretive and less accepting of new people getting it.

Both the "add it" and "make it a seperate tier" fall under the guise of "yes, let's do this." I mean, they both clearly have the word "yes" in them, do they not? That's a supermajority, friend.

I've literally been watching it since the start. :] This poll has only been open for two days- I'm thinking of keeping it open until the end of the week, or if the votes stop coming before that, we'll close it them and make a decision. (Yes, if we enable Wifi OU, No-Preview OU would become it's own tier, most likely) There's a thing between "I don't like it, a few others don't like it" and presenting a real argument as to why it shouldn't be enabled. In the same sense of you thinking that people should use it as a side tier, the majority wants it as a main tier- if you're still so dedicated to No Preview OU, you can use that side tier to prove that people still like it. :]

I'm completely with Erick and Lobos and numerous other people for the same goal here; this is healthy, good progress, and something that needs to be done. Team Preview is a healther gameplay style overall, allowing for more intensive and SOLID prediciton (i.e "they'll switch to this" instead of "they could be running any one of these things") and it's not a change that's going to hurt anyone.

I personally battle any pokemon that has a value of 2 in the stat I want to train; easier to calculate and keep track of, but that's just a personal thing. The highest EV value a wild pokemon has is 3 in a stat, IIRC, so keep that in mind.

(alpha omega, a relatively high-standing clan on PO as a whole filled with people that know how to battle) I personally cast my vote for having it be the default tier, if only for the fact that if not, it's going to end up like Clear Skies was- unused. While you could argue that "people who want the tier can use it to show their dedication", you need to remember that not everyone on the server knows what tiers are, and the majority are going to ladder on the default tier, whichever it is. It's already standard elsewhere, even in the games themselves, so why shouldn't we? tl;dr Wifi OU for standard tier, most points I'd like to make are explained in better detail by Lobos.

hello i am here to do the help EV= Effort Value. IV= Individual Value. Every pokemon has 6 IV's, one per stat. They range from 0-31, and they basically gauge how well a stat is going to grow- for every 1 IV, that's one more possible point in said stat at Level 100. People pass these down through breeding in several ways; Destiny Knot passes down 5 IV's from the parent pokemon holding it to the baby, and there are a set of items that you can have a parent pokemon hold to guarantee it'll pass down the IV in said stat- I can find more on that later. EV Training is easier to manipulate, because EVs don't come down to luck, they come down to time and effort. Every pokemon is allotted 510 "points" to be spent through training- beating wild pokemon. Every wild pokemon yields a certain amount of EV's per stat- for example, killing a Gastly gives one special attack IV. At level 100, every 4 IVs count as another point in a stat! However, you can't just put 510 IV's in one stat- you can only put 252 maximum in one single stat. I can explain more later on anything you're still unclear about.
