funny thing is certain things in DoTA aren't broken, but in League they are. Like id Black King Bar was in League it would be stupid op since the game is so ability based.
The reason why Dota 2 stuff isn't broken is because in Dota: EVERYTHING is broken. The power level is much higher. Spells do more damages, heroes take more harm, items are more powerful. It's just raising the bar.
