It might be; I know leader battles have had to be restarted because I left the option checked from when I was battling myself... that, or it was the challenger's fault. Either way I'm pretty sure the new battle window is the issue because it hasn't happened since we all stopped using it. Try that, maybe.

Okay, so, one- none of us even know what scarlet's face looks like And two- if he was Ikaru he would have a picture of himself and LIGHTS on his Facebook- with a creepy face because he can't smile pretty or even acceptably and still look normal ever- that looks kind of like this: Does he?
