Mm, yeah, bleh, actually about the roaming thing, they are still bugged, so I actually just turned off the ability to encounter them. You can still safely trigger them though, and when it's fixed for future versions it'll be safe.

Suddenly, we have titles for the individual releases! "Release 4" was a boring name~ So here it is. The story section of this one is a bit shorter, but there've been a lot of sidequesty things added. The big thing added in this update? Weather! Random weather patterns have been added to Reborn City- and with them, a host of Pokemon that weren't previously available have appeared, too- if you know when to look. Day/night patterns are also now visually represented as well, and to top it all of, you may encounter some Roaming Pokemon throughout the city! The bike is now obtainable (new from the beta version) People who cleared the beta are also no longer stuck in Shelly's room, although Rock Smash still won't work because I'm a jerk. Going ahead and closing this, opening the voting shortly. @ Kio, I think, since we're talking about a total overhaul of how we even handle tiers, this is probably something we as staff should go over first. Then we can start making more appropriate changes for next time. You have very valid points, and it's my fault that they aren't being adequately addressed, but rather than bringing things to a screeching halt presently, I don't think it's going to be catastrophic if we finish before we revisit how we're handling them as a whole. Talk to me on the server about it, or maybe just open a topic in staff.

Arguably, jungling requires the most team communication, not the least. Although you're right that for the early game you're off alone, wandering around, it's vital that you be in touch with your teammates about how the lanes are doing, when to leash, when they get buffs, when to gank, when to hold a lane for them, where the enemy jungler is, any counter jungling, and whatever else.

...Sejuani? Ashe? There are some options there...
