0 Abyssreaper99 Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 Trapinch can be obtained from the onyx arcade by having lots of coins I believe but don't know about horsea. Quote

0 Abyssreaper99 Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 they are listed wild as of episode 13 If you're looking on the obtainable list then it states that pokemon white withe squares behind them are 'catchable in wild/repeated event' and psyduck, shinx and trapinch have this and all three are available in the onyx arcade so it means that you can buy as many as you want. 0 Notus Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 why dont you look around and go horsea for yourself The puns... they burn! Also, Horsea and Seadra are obtainable by fishing in Ametrine Mountain. Still didn't find Trapinch though. Quote
0 Sheep Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 I don't think Trapinch is actually catchable in the wild. A pure white background indicates that it is either catchable in the wild, or a repeatable event. In this case Trapinch can be bought multiple times from the Onyx Arcade, and therefore gets a white background by virtue of having a repeatable event. Just like the fossil pokemon, even though they're not catchable in the wild either Quote
0 Notus Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 ^Aaah, that explains it. Oh hell, back to Voltorb Flip. XD Quote
0 Abyssreaper99 Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 Yeah, I went back to the onyx arcade. Trapinch's are available for 10,000 coins. Quote
0 nemesish Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 btw, Horsea comes with Dragon Scale. Quote
0 Nan Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 btw, Horsea comes with Dragon Scale. Isn't the chance getting Dragon Scale like 5% ? Correct me if I'm wrong. Quote
0 Lost Lore Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 Isn't the chance getting Dragon Scale like 5% ? Correct me if I'm wrong. Yep, but it can be boosted if you have a Pokemon with Compoundeyes at the front of your party. Which will make finding one much easier. (How much? I found one on the third Horsea I encountered, but I probably just got lucky.) Quote

0 nemesish Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 20% I found mine on the second try I would say 100%, because the first and only Horsea I caught had the item. But that really was luck. Quote
