Cannot progress Alamissa Urban

Every single time I try to enter from the ladder, all characters are stuck. I've tried refreshing the map, leaving, closing the game, updating it and even deleting old saves and reloading before this point and I IMMEDIATELY get the same issue. I'm getting zero help on the discord server.
