Where is the Fairy Feather??

The wiki page says that it's on Route 2 surfing on the river left of the Kecleon Shop but I just can't find it at all. Can someone screenshot the location? I really wanna evolve my Aevian Sneasle I got from Comet (yes I'm on my third playthrough-)

From what I read from bigjra's walkthrough it should be hidden, do you have the item finder?
