How do I get egg moves on my starter and is there a egg tutor(when)

Im in chapter 5 and im in the jungle and i want my fake out incenroar and im wondering if there is a egg tutor and how and when i can get that?

U can get that move tutor in axis high a very late part in the game at the cost of heart scales 

There is also the move tutor in sheridan not sure if she teaches egg moves tho i never used her

Or you can always go debug mode and give it to incineroar to save time and the grind you do you

Hi !

Acemaster is right, if I remember correctly, all your Pokémon will be able to learn egg moves with the Move Reminder when you're near to fight for your 13rd gym badge (around 80). 
You can get a rare move from a wild Litten with the Technique Contract (Mr Luck's). But it's after the Terajuma story arc. 

 

You'll need to be patient in both cases.

Just breed it onto a new Litten. You can get a Meowth on the Chrisola Hotel rooftop, and that learns Fake Out at level 9.

 

The Technique Contract is incredibly unreliable since you're rolling against the list of all TM, Tutor, and Egg Moves.

 

EDIT: Parting Shot is obtainable through Pancham/Pangoro (Level 48) and Thievul (Level 52).
