Grunts: dressed in pure neon yellow jumpsuits, and armed with gadgets that involve lemons. They carry many kinds of Electric pokemon, but the Shinx line is the team's staple, followed by other Electric lines and based Zubat line. Admins: they have similar clothing to the grunts, although instead of jumpsuits, they are more fashionable, with skirts,pants,hats,etc. They also retain their hair color and use the Magnemite line, Rotom-Wash, and a Mega, which is indicated by their hair colors (Black Hair=Mega Bee, Spiky light blue hair=Mega Mane, and Glorious White Hair=Mega Fab Sheep/Amp.).Leader: dressed in all black, but has Yellow cufflinks, buttons,and a yellow scarf. Pokemon Too lazy to do a full layout so I'll just list them, in no particular order: Alakazam Weavile Mandibuzz Zangoose Whimsicott Litten's final form Misc. Details: Chronic thieves. Look away for five seconds and BAM, half your Pokemon are gone. One time they stole an entire building. It was gone overnight. What does Lady Kuni need a retail store for? Nothing, but now she has one. Most of the things they steal are briefly brought back to their base for a quality check (no self-respecting shady criminal wants to buy a Pokemon with a crappy nature/IVs), then sold back onto the streets in a different city. Sometimes, though, if they're not sold after a certain amount of time, a private auction is held between all the grunts, and it goes to the highest bidder. If it's seriously unwanted by everyone, it just gets released-- which doesn't seem too bad, but will likely put the ecosystem out of wack in the long run if it's not native to the area. Specialty: Varies, but tends to be Psychic/Ghost/Dark types. If it's not one of those types, it's probably just a Pokemon that's really fast. An organization that steals from other organizations. It pushes the border of morality enough to not warrant immediate termination like many other organizations. As a secondary goal, we would want the most powerful pokemon so that we can remain uncontended. We don't seek out legendary pokemon, but if there is a powerful pokemon that we can obtain, we'll get it. Our PR would be to "protect" those who can't protect themselves to possibly get donations even. We are based in the Mingdai Region (inspired by China), which is different from other regions in that Pokémon were introduced only fifty years ago, with the exception of the region's Dark/Dragon Type legendary, Zhongzu. Our leader is a man named Payton, who styles himself as "Proton Chairman". Our goal is to build a new, prosperous future for humans. The Pokémon that have been brought to Mingdai have the potential to dramatically improve people's livelihoods. However, the people of Mingdai are currently squandering this potential by training Pokémon for their own amusement. This is unacceptable. Our plan is simple. All Pokémon in the Mingdai region will be enslaved and brought to a massive facility, where their power will be used for the benefit of humankind. Their labor will be used to create clean energy, food, and other products. They will also be used in research that would push the boundaries of human understanding. This will lead to a socialist utopia, in which human labor will no longer be necessary, resources will exist in abundance, and everyone will be equal. Rather than using a legendary Pokémon to achieve this end, we are currently in the process of creating a Psychic/Electric Type Pokémon called "Ataru-X", which will use its incredible Psychic power to force all Pokémon in the region to submit to our will. Even though we believe that Pokémon training is superficial, it is necessary for the advancement of our goals for us to use Pokémon in battles, and it will be until our revolution is complete. We prefer to use Psychic, Electric, and Steel type Pokémon. One of Chairman Payton's Pokémon is a Metagross, which is capable of Mega Evolution. Like Team Magma in the Hoenn Region, we too have a rival in Team Electron. Despite their scientific-sounding name, they are reactionary swine who have no interest in science or technology. While they agree with us that Pokémon should not be used in battles, their rationale is totally different. They to want to return Mingdai to its feudal past, saying that Pokémon are a corrupting influence and are destroying the region's traditional culture. They plan to reawaken the legendary Pokémon Zhongzu, and use its power to slaughter all Pokémon in Mingdai, ostensibly to "purify" the region and "restore its ancient traditions". But don't be fooled by their rhetoric. They don't care about Mingdai's ancient past; their leader, Electron Emperor Esau, simply wants power. Case and point: when Chairman Payton visited an ancient ruin to study and research it, Team Electron attempted to assassinate him by planting a bomb at the site. The resulting explosion completely destroyed the ruin (it also destroyed the Chairman's right shin, left leg, left arm, and left eye, but as a testament to the will and wisdom of Team Proton, he was outfitted with cybernetic replacements created by our research staff). The true reason why Team Electron wants to reawaken Zhongzu is that they want to replicate Mingdai's first Emperor, who used that Pokémon to subjugate humankind and halt human advancement. It is up to us, the noble Team Proton, and our glorious leader, Chairman Payton, to prevent this from ever happening again. Long live the revolution! Years later, he forms Team New Dawn, to pass judgement on all who walk the streets of any region, that he believes to not deserve that right. His admins are each former members of courts, police, or otherwise that have seen the injustice as he has, and are as zealous as Akira. He hopes to obtain the power of Darkrai, to dive into the dreams of everyone, and in his zealous rage smite any who have committed any form of crime, no matter how minor. Akira is basically the vigilante who will go to extreme lengths to ensure cold justice, and does not care about who gets hurt in the process, as he see's justice as above all else. Darkrai is but the secondary goal however, as he wishes to capture Rayquaza itself, to obtain the power he needs to bring "justice" to the world. Team New Dawn grunts will have a variety of ice, dark, psychic, or poison pokemon. Most commonly: Golbat, Metang, Glalie, Bronzong, Mighthyena, Tentacruel, and more. The Admins each have more variety in their pokemon, but all of them own a Absol. Other Pokemon may include: Crobat, Magneton, Flygon, Houndoom, Electivire, Magmortor, and other high tier pokemon. Supreme Judge Akira usually has a team of 6, and when he obtains Darkrai he does not get to battle with it, as the trainer interferes and battles the Darkrai while he is searching the dreams of everyone in the region, after defeating Darkrai, the trainer finds Akira has already finished his search, and recorded the names of the to be judged in a dream-scanner. His usual team is: Weavile- Lvl 89- Pickpocket Night Slash Ice Punch Aerial Ace Brick Break Drapion- Lvl 89- Battle armor, black sludge Toxic Spikes Poison Jab Earthquake Fell Stinger Salamence- Lvl 90- Intimidate, Life Orb Dragon Dance Outrage Aqua Tail Earthquake Metagross- lvl 90- Clear Body, Air Balloon Agility Meteor Mash Zen Headbutt Thunder Punch Gyarados-lvl 92- Moxie, Wacan Berry Dragon Dance Waterfall Earthquake Crunch Gardevoir-lvl 93- Trace, Mega stone Calm Mind Psychic Draining Kiss Thunderbolt Once Rayquaza is obtained, it replaces Salamence at lvl 100, but is unable to mega evolve due to Akira's obsession with a cold, dark justice.
