Ellebana the Wicked Posted June 23, 2023 Posted June 23, 2023 Essentially the password guy that's supposed to meet me on main street isn't appearing. Does anyone know where I can find him? Or if the quest cannot be completed after I progressed to a certain part of the plot?
Khaslana Posted June 24, 2023 Posted June 24, 2023 Iirc it has to be night-time for you to find him, might be wrong tho. Also I think it can be started even if you finish the whole v13 story first.
