Teknite Ridge Access Postgame?

I’m trying to clear out teknite ridge and the tourmaline desert, but I’m in post game and can’t figure out how to access those areas. I’m positive I’m missing something, but I can’t take the train to the desert train stop and I don’t think I can get back to the desert backtracking through the scrapyard town. Is anyone able to point out what I’m missing?

Erm you should be able to do both, take the train to the desert and get back to the desert through the Scrapyard. I'm not sure why it wouldn't let you do the former, but for the latter just go down the path you normally take to Titania's gym the first time you go there but instead of going up into the train car go down and you can get back to the greater Scrapyard area that exits to the rest of the desert. You could also take the teleporter from inside Europa's train car to Mirage Tower for simplicity's sake and just go all the way around, but that might take a little longer.

I would believe you would recognize this, but the terminal on the right (in the bottom area, I think) must be used to access the desert. The others do not have that as an option. I'm not sure if they are available in late game, regardless of if you fixed the railnet.
