which fire pokemon should i use to beat titania's mega scisor (and maybe her whole team)

If you chose team aqua, you can try incineroar, cuz it has intimídate and darkest lariat (ignores aegislash shield form defense boost)

Seeing her field gives the fire type moves additional dragon type damage, you'll be hard pressed to sweep Titania with fire moves. I hope you have some terrain removal methods up your sleeve.
