lenny123 Posted November 27, 2021 Posted November 27, 2021 Heya! I just beat Venam and am on route 2, My rockruff is lvl 24 and about to evolve. I was wondering if it can evolve into a dusk-form without the own tempo ability? I dont see the lady that trades it on the pier anymore. It is possible to edit the ingame time. Currently it is only 5 am so I cant test the 5pm timer yet!

Lucifer Morningstar Posted November 28, 2021 Posted November 28, 2021 From what I've gathered Rockruff's availability during the 1st badge arc was removed in V13 due to being too OP early game so you shouldn't even have a Rockruff at your point in the game. I believe all Lycanroc forms are exclusively available on route 9 now which is at least at the halfway point perhaps a little over. Even in V12 there was only ONE Own Tempo Rockruff and it was obtained in a trade on Oceana Pier to honor the Dusk form's canon event exclusivity.
