MadHappy Posted September 20, 2021 Posted September 20, 2021 I will admit, I went in with a not-so-ideal team, but I managed to win by the skin of my teeth. Persistence pays off, I guess! My team is Cinderace, Swampert, Magnezone, Amonguss, Mienshao and Frosslass. I handled her Meganium, Snorlax, and Zoroak OK-ish. I managed to kill her Togekiss with Magnezone, but am left with 1hp. Then her goddamned Hydreigon. This think can one-shot my team with an un-boosted Gilded Arrow. I know that because it happened. Just how much BP has that move?! Luckily I had Amonguss out and it went for Nasty Plot, so I used Spore and switched to Mienshao and it went 1hp. It woke up, KO'd Mienshao, and I killed it with Ice Shard Frosslass. How easy was it for you to defeat Melia?
Vum Posted September 21, 2021 Posted September 21, 2021 (edited) For me mega gardevoir was the hardest part, after resetiing like 3-5 times I was able to beat her with double sucker punch cinderace and bisharp which gets a field boost, Btw gilded arrows uses the secondary typing of the mon that uses it, if the mon doesnt have a secondary type it uses the mons first typing so Hydreigon has a +1 stab dragon type attack move with 80 base power Edit: You can actually progress even if you lose to melia.
