What exactly does it do?? So far? Not everyone seems sure, it functions to change moves into Z-Moves but doesnt seem to be affected by type, holder or move category. It's possible it will have an effect on the story but it's effects seem mediocre at best given it's still a Z Crystal so one use only during battles.
