Zero Pressure Posted July 25, 2021 Posted July 25, 2021 Did certain pokemon get their tutoring movelist changed in V13 even if they aren't part of Gen 8? I'm trying to teach my Serperior dragon pulse but it says it's unable to learn it even though it should be able to in Gen 7.
