in blackview city, you need 2 keys to open a door in a small house. unfortunately i don't remember where to get them, but i think it was the shiny key and dull key which you need

that door has specific keys, called majira's keys. however

there is a new piece this episode, iirc the purple one, obtained if you do the construction work side quest on celia north
