Heart Scales during Agate Circus

Hey, yeah, it's me again. I was training up a magneton to fight ciel when I realized it had no STAB electric moves other than zap cannon (No steel moves either but I'll worry about that when I get to adrienn). I don't know where a good spot to find heart scales is when you're locked out of reborn city, and I'm also unaware of where to find any mine able rocks. Does anyone have this info? Thanks.

The best thing I could think of is to teach it Shock Wave from one of the Move Tutors. Are there no Rocks left in Celestine Mountain?

Alternatively, if you don't mind clearing this game with outside help, if you trade it over to me I could teach it Thunderbolt for you.

You can find rocks in the Citrine/Ametrine mountain
