I don't have any common candies and my best pokemon is about to pass the level cap. Is there any I can find/buy in this area? Quote

As far as i know you can go back to Reborn City through the railnet at any time prior to the part where you go to Agathe Circus for the first time.....Correct me if i'm wrong though, but as far as i remember there is no lockout at that point.
