Conkeldurp Posted May 28, 2019 Share Posted May 28, 2019 (edited) you first of need the power-items (powerbracer, -anclet and so on) from the store north of obsidia park (to access these you need at least 4 stickers). my fav grinding spot for any pkmn needing speed + an attack stat is the beginning of the underground railway. you only encounter woobats when stepping on the shadows on the ground, which are really close to the exit. the woobats are lvl 5 and give 1 speed ev. for defense + hp i really like fishing grimers with the old rod (1 hp ev) or rocksmashing for marcargos (2 def evs) at the vulcano. I think you notice the trend? go to a place, where you can predict with a certainty that you'll only ever encounter the same pokemon, so ev gain stays predictable. the main ev gain then will come from your power items.
