One of the buildings has a electricity shortage and will be dark. Press A while moving around (I don't really know exactly where the pokemon is) and you'll trigger a battle with the pokemon. I think this is only available in old Reborn City (before going to Agate). Quote
0 Starry Knight Posted March 5, 2019 Posted March 5, 2019 Before Corey in peridot ward across from the alley first apartment building at night (starts 8 pm) there is an event, you need a pokesnax, it will be level 10 roughly, it will be three steps up and all the way right in the apartment press 'a' to interact and battle it to catch it If you get joltik you must wait until you beat the flying gym then it's a wild encounter in the grass of lower peridot ward Quote
