I didn't realize that defeating a Gym leader after the city is restored would open a slot to renovate an area in reborn. I focused on the story line first and renovated my first area after Titania. So I was only able to renovate 2 areas and I can't renovate Azurine island. I came here to find out why it wouldn't let me renovate the last area and I saw that you can after each gym battle. SInce I completed the current version is it safe to assume that I am unable to complete the third renovation until ep. 18 to defeat another gym leader?
