[Help] A-Ninetails moveset

So I was looking to add A-Ninetails to my team but I wanted to get some input on what set you would all recommend before I start chain breeding for egg moves <.<
I was thinking;

Aurora Veil
Freeze-Dry
Moonblast
Hypnosis/Nasty Plot/???

However I was also thought blizzard would be a great addition due to so many fields being affected it/100% acc in hail (even though it is not available right now I like to think ahead)

If you use your A-Ninetales with Snow Warning, take blizzard, it has perfect accuracy in hail, plus effects on many fields. And Hypnosis is too unreliable with 60% of accuracy (I tried it on my regular Ninetales) while with Aurora Veil up to protect you you can afford a turn to use Nasty plot.

The problem is Blizzard in only available to A-Ninetails via tm, and it isn't available yet to the best of my knowledge.
So the question is what move do I take in the meantime.

If it has Snow Warning, use Blizzard because is powerful and spammable.

If not, give it Ice Shard because a priority is always useful

Vulpix learns it at level 42, so it can be relearned with an heart scale

So do i take Blizzard and Freeze dry or do i take something else as the last slot, such as Nasty Plot/Hypno/Encore

Both of them are very useful, so remove nasty plot/hypnosis

I've found Freeze Dry to be supper useful for additional coverage.

If you want to save yourself the hazzle of chain-breeding, I already have vulpix with encore, moonblast and freeze-dry.
