It's simple; you Q to your enemy, applying all on-hit and ability effects, then W, dealing AP damage, along with Lich Bane, and the huge health meltdown from Liandry's (that applies with his Q (though it may do so with his W too)) and his W means that you dunk scrubs with da Fish. It's best with sustained damage, which is why I think the only reason it would be worth is if the sustained damage from his W were to proc it.
