This is my team and party who should I put in and what is a complete strategy to beat him? (battle on the mtn)

Just to note, some of his mons like spamming Blizzard if you melt the field.  Using Heat Wave to melt the field is a good temporary strategy but expect it to be frozen over again, unless your mon goes last.......that is, if Aranine has heat wave.

Have you tried it yourself and failed numerous times? Or you are just asking to get an easy win and advance with the plot? Anyways, you should not create new topics but post a reply under the Gym Leader help thread of Team Showcase. Here:

Regardless, Golem should help as well. Maybe set a trick room with someone and proceed to Heavy Slam everyone with Golem. Or just brute force it with all the Fire types you have and Toxicroak. Should be no problem.

Does that Toxicroak have Sucker Punch? If so,bring that bad boy out of the box and use it to counter Blake's Jynx and Froslass. Also you have a Blaziken, that thing basically sweeps everything lol just kill Jynx like above and set up Blaziken, should be smooth sailing from there on.

I believe I used speed boost Blaziken there with fighting moves and a Bisharp with Iron Head, those 2 work great there.

step 1: lead with blaziken and arcanine (if it has close combat) or toxicroak (if it doesn't)

step 2: SE spam everything into oblivion

If you can nullify his Jynx out the gate, you're in a good position. Bring healing items because even when he was just down to his walrein it was still a freaking slog.
