PSFLeo Posted June 13, 2017 Posted June 13, 2017 (edited) Spoiler Aight, so I decided to replay Rejuvenation because, after starting Version 9, I realized I didn't remember jack about the story. So I go back and see some pretty distinct changes, especially to the Terajuma Jungle area. I went and completed the Bug-type gym and then went on my merry way to complete the Help Center sidequests in the town, but I'm stuck on the Tropius one. I was told it could be found in the southernmost point of the jungle and I can only find one on the northernmost side of the jungle. The Tropius only says that it's content, so I ruled out that one. Also, I looked up a guide for a previous version and already went and battled this grunt in the house next to the volcano and got no egg. Give it to me straight, doc: am I royally screwed? It is that tropius (I dunno why it says southern part of the jungle), and if it's content and you've beaten the grunt, it sounds like you've completed the quest? try talking to the rewards person in the help center and see if you get the egg.

In version eight, the grunt had the egg and after defeating the grunt, the egg was left there and you had to bring it back to the Tropius. In version nine, the dialogue doesn't seem to have changed so It's possible that this is some sort of bug.

I tried, but the Help Center person says I still gotta go out and do the quest.
WSGreen Posted June 14, 2017 Posted June 14, 2017 in version 9 the egg if given as a reward. so if you have beaten the grunt and had the scene with the ranger the the tropius after you beat the grunt your all done just go claim your reward

Same thing, they think the quest is still going on when I've already completed-ish it. EDIT: Status update, tried to go back to the house and the event triggered while I was in the water and I completed the quest. Quest... completed?
