I would say Timid special or hasty mixed. but in this case jolly. speed tends to be really useful for frail attacking pokemon like Lucario

iirc there is a event where you can get sneasel so check the pokemon location guide in on the hunt section and good luck finding someone to trade you a larvitar

I say it's better Excadrill because is faster than Tyranitar and Excadrill have only 4 weaknesses instead Tyranitar has 7.

Well, you can't use Tyranitar in Reborn online due to it not being legally obtainable in Pokemon Reborn as of Episode 16.

Also, you cannot really compare Excadrill to Tyranitar directly because they are two different types of Pokemon that play different roles.

 

If I had to formulate an argument on this, I'd say Tyranitar is used more often due to Dark Type moves being so good and the fact that it sets up Sandstorm.
