How can I get a Nuzleaf?

I read once before that the secret meadow outside of Beryl Cave (a part of the jungle) is where you can get them, during an event where you fight a hoarde of them along with a Shiftry. How do you activate that event? When I went there, all I found was a TM and a totem that causes Golett to appear, using that cursed doll.

 

Is this during a certain time of day, or are there other requirements?

If your on episode 16 you can find shiftry and nuzleaf as a rare wild encounter form anywhere from lvl 15-55 roughly in the rhiodine jungle by the byrel ward (sorry from all misspelled words)
