0 AuthorReborn Posted June 21, 2016 Share Posted June 21, 2016 It's not strictly impossible to obtain it in-game legally... but it does require considerable skill (or luck) as rare Pokemon in Reborn are sometimes the rewards for winning difficult community events and challenges. So if you want a Pokemon that is not normally obtainable through gameplay (yet) then go ahead and try to be as involved in the community events as you can be. It's generally tournaments created by developers or occasionally tournaments like that in the summer party that give the normally unobtainable Pokemon.
