I'm not that good in monotypes but I am very sure that every bug monotype need a spinner! Stealth Rock just destroys this team, so you might think to add a Forretress for hazzard control or a defog Scizor.
Also why no Speed Boost in Scolipede? It's really frail so Posion Point is almost useless. And you can utilize Baton Pass this way too!
For your mega slot between M-Heracross and M-Scizor I'd say M-Scizor cause it offers priority which your team lacks. Another option is M-Beedrill with its insane offensive pressure.
Galvantula doesn't need HP Water at all. A super effective HP Water hit less than a neutral Thunder and the same as a neutral Bug Buzz. The only pokemons it hits for better damage are Camerupt and Magcargo (rock/ground dual types are also x4 weak to Energy Ball).

I'd say a team like this is a bit better:

Rolly Polly Olly (Scolipede) (M) @ Black Sludge

Adamant Nature
- Megahorn

Forretress @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Stealth Rock
- Rapid Spin
- Gyro Ball
- Volt Switch
Mr Krabs (Crustle) (M) @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Sturdy
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Shell Smash
- Stone Edge
- X-Scissor
- Earthquake
Beedrill @ Beedrillite
Ability: Sniper
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

Maybe give Spikes or Rocks of your own. Bug has pretty much every viable entry hazard and half your team has access to it. Toxic Spikes or Spikes in favor of Rock Slide on Scolipede, b/c you aren't going to be hitting anything serious that the rest of the moves can't touch.

The team as a whole just doesn't really scream "mono bug" to me because there are some key players missing from the setup.

Please write below every member the role they play for the team, because right now it just seems like a gather-up of powerful individuals, with zero co-operation. Find what each pokemon does, and you'll know soon how to build around certain cores in your team.

Edit: Ok I made a few changes to your team, trying to keep the format as similar as I could.

Ok who am I kidding? I turned this into a total speed control team... and it's quite nice, so kudos me! :)

First, I changed your mega. M-Heracross does the same thing Crustle and Scolipede did in this team, so I got you a Pinsir with CC, Return, SD in case you need to wallbreak or when you force a switch, and Feint (which you can swap for Quick Attack) for priority since 105 base speed is not the best in the tier given that everyone and their mother will set up on you, given the chance.

Then I turned your Galvantula into a lead set with Sticky Web, Thunder, Bug Buzz and HP-ice for maximum coverage. It now holds a sash, so you'll have the opportunity to set up your webs anytime. Galvantula is a scary glass cannon which can be used late game for sweeping too. Web gives you multiple opportunities to set up or attack back with your pseudo bolt/beam coverage.

Next comes Volcarona. This one needs to become a wallbreaker, so I changed it completely. Ok I kept Quiver Dance, but you expected that, right?

Now it has Fire Blast, HP-ground and Giga Drain for maximum longevity, given it can set up on Rotom's face when it has a Passho Berry. Yep, a good, all rounded win-con.

At this point I realised that Yanmega is completely redundant, so I euthanized it, and put Forretress in its position. Now you have a good defensive pokemon that can spin the hazards away, set some on its own, use gyro ball for good damage even with no Atk investment, and do a slow volt switch into something you want to set up with or wallbreak without having to worry for damage while switching in.

I didn't like your Crustle so I made it hold Knock Off. Sue me. I also tossed Stone Miss and gave it something more reliable: Rock Slide. This way, as soon as you set up, you won't have to worry for misses all the time, besides you don't really need the extra power. Knock off helps get lefties and eviolites out of the game. Plus, nobody expects it. Yay?

I also tossed Rock Slide from Scolipede and sub'd it with Protect. Trust me, when the opposing scarfer knocks at your door, you'll love this change.

I love that Parahax Galvantula <3

30% occurs so commonly that you will not only cripple resisted switch-ins but also dent neutral/SE opponents that aren't related to Blissey and then proceed to kill them if they are paralyzed or don't out-speed. Standard but effective Galvantula ^^

Some good changes, only 1 real critique. First, Fire Blast doesn't really have that great accuracy. Why not Flamethrower or Fiery Dance? it is slightly less powerful but has higher accuracy and I'd rather hit slightly weaker than not at all. Fiery Dance even has a 50% chance of a special attack boost. Good job otherwise.

Suit yourself. I'll just remind you that you had 2 pokemon with Stone Edge before I made the changes.

Volcarona's other moves are 100% guaranteed to hit. Hence, you are allowed to take the risk (which is not even that high with 85%Acc). It's supposed to be a wallbreaker, but of course, using fiery dance is valid too.

fiery dance is the best move. the power difference notable but the 50% chance of boosting the special attack is awesome to clean up teams. count that after a boost from a previous attack, +1 Fiery Dance it has the exact same power as Fire Blast.

PD I was sure Fiery Dance used to have 100 base power...
