Tm107 is Slash And Burn, 80 power 90 Accuracy physical grass move with some odd chance to burn, unsure of current %. Found on the way to the Grand City Gate area, east of the train tracks behind Primadonna...Karen? I believe her name was. Also, I'm unsure of the other scenario since I haven't tested it, but for defeating Flora you get TM53, Energy Ball. Useful! Once you go back to the train, Krystal hands you the HM. Also, is Round supposed to be in the game 3 times? I explored the whole cave, got in via all possible entrances: Goldenleaf Town, Wispy Path, etc. use Surf, Strength, Rock Climb and no success in finding that TM...
