Speaking in terms of the game, how did she obtain that Mega Ring? Does the other circus members have one? Terra could've easily spawned in one for herself since she controls the map and the field. I mean speaking honestly, Ciel really isn't much of a relevant character. Samson too. All the gym leaders so far have a story behind them except for Ciel and Samson, which begs my mind to ask who they really are. I feel they'll play a large role later in the plot, and technically Ciel is the strongest trainer so far since she controls a mega evolution.
