madf0x Posted March 30, 2015 Posted March 30, 2015 Its a pokemon and you wont be able to get it till you get to the Railnet around lvl 30-40 (I cant quite remember what the level cap at that point in the story is). You need an item called a Dull Key. Quote

madf0x Posted March 30, 2015 Posted March 30, 2015 No, you chase the box around and theres a room with a gate blocking the way to some stairs. you need the Dull Key to open the gate. The item is located in the Railnet which is much further into the game than you are right now. Quote
