Things like Celibi, Toxicroak, and Ursaring. The sort of mons that are immortal in the hands of a master and garbage in the hands of anyone else. Pokemon like Pyroar and Meloetta. The ones who are ignored because there are "better" and "more viable" options available. Let all 721 feel the love in all their formes. The other two can be either competitive pokemon, the design based of pokedex etc. Maybe marowak would be the 5th. It was my favourite before.
