Take the test and find out: http://www.politicalcompass.org/

Please post your results here (By saving the compass that you got)

Be 100% honest with what you put

I hate seeing 30-40 people in one spot because of muh political correctness

"The test presented on this website is entirely anonymous. None of your personal details are required, and nothing about your result is recorded or logged in any way. The answers are only used to calculate your reading, and cannot be accessed by anyone, ever."

If you have any questions feel free to ask me

Edit: As Jericho pointed out for US people:

Jelly, it means your a weak libertarian (someone who thinks the government should stay out of internal affairs most of the time) and a left winger (Liberal over conservative)

Karpy, how did you pull off being a Mild conservative and a great fit for the Green Party?

That is an impressive feat, if not an oxymoron.

Tbh I'm very scared of the result from the Political Compass. I'll try it again.

So you see yourself as more of a liberal then? It's not like you were a "strong" conservative or anything. Maybe you just misread the wording of a couple of the questions

May be the case. Put some more thought into it and

So, really no change at all, but that's probably more accurate than the first result. :) If there's anything the Greenies need in their camp. It's more moderates like you.....just don't see how you fit with them so well...

I can start with the fact that I have a moderate social justice ideology.

I also feel like the answer choices affected my result on the Compass, as the one Jericho posted had more specific and more plentiful choices as opposed to the Agree/Disagree on the Compass.

Firstly it means you're more of a liberal than you are a conservative. Secondly, you're pretty borderline on how much power you think the Government should have (leaning towards as little as possible).

To put it in more simple terms.

The left/right dictates your economical outlook on things. (Liberal/Conservative)

The up/down dictates your social outlook on things. (Authoritarian/Libertarian)

There are differences but Libertarian means more personal freedoms, Authoritarian means more control of the government over the lives of the people it's supposed to serve.

To further clarify, STALIN, is pretty big on the Authoritarianism. You apparently, are not, Gaunt. :)

Oh thanks Hilda (and Jericho) this test was interesting but i don't know how accurate it is, i'm libertarian sure but not an anarchist who is against the government (against multicorporations yes) i just think that it controls too much (even where it's unnecessary)
