Hi, I'm working on a fangame of my own, and I'm using games like Pokémon Reborn and Rejuvenation as a baseline. I understand using tilesets and music require permission from the artist, but I'm wondering about the events in these other games. For instance, if I copy a common event for completing a quest from Rejuvenation, is that seen as stealing or violating ToS. I wouldn't assume so, since it's something that I could just as easily type out, but I just want to make sure.

The new health bars remind me of the Grand Order ones, where you break the first health bar, and they pull out 15 effects to make you regret your decisions. Looking forward to it.
