Which quests?

This is a known issue with converted save files. Revert to an old save file before you accidentally restarted chapter 6 content, and avoid entering the gym, or completing the puzzles in the gym.

Hi, so, there probably wont be much I can do with this savefile, primarily because it has not been properly converted. You need to have 15 badges, and have loaded into League Administration for proper savefile conversion to occur. I will still look into this issue, but as mentioned, I probably cant fix it. Update: Turns out the event ended up breaking. Throw this map file into your data folder, and it should be fine, however, you will still probably run into some errors due to the conversion details above. Map332.rxdata

Black Prism pokemon are a 1/100 chance to appear. Additionally, you can find Prisms from other events in the game, such as Route 6 boats, and some other secret events that you can find later on in the story.

Was this save file modded in anyway?

You need to put the savefile into Saved Games\Rejuv, and run the 13.5 game files.

What map were you on when you converted this save file? (Game_2.rxdata)

I'd progress from the backup, and avoid entering the Kakori Gym, and interacting with any events that may seem out of place in Terajuma.

This occurred because the story variable that unlocks the door is not properly set. Did you interact with any Chapter 6 events by chance? If so, that is why the door was locked.
